Heros offers to provide all on-ground services to ensure that not only is the standard of a development maintained, but also that guests and owners receive a high standard of service.
Facilities include:
- Swimming pool – cleaning, maintenance and safety
- Café/Bar – a dedicated and exclusive outlet for owners and guests
- Provision of reception – an on-site point of contact for any questions, queries or worries
- Maintenance of communal areas – we believe that it is important that the communal real estate is maintained to a high standard.
Property Management
On an individual basis, Heros will offer the following property management services to owners:
- Property inspections and reporting of repairs – monthly inspections and airings when the property is unoccupied
- Key holding
- Bill payment
- Utility registration and payment
- Emergency call out – we will ensure that we have appropriate staff to look after your property through out the year
- Maintenance of gardens and landscapes – we will ensure that your outside areas are maintained to a high standard
- Property maintenance – we will handle minor repairs and bring to your attention other works that should be completed, offering and providing cost effective solutions.
- Heros will care for your property as if it were our own so that when you visit the property will be exactly as you expect to find it.
Rental Management:
Heros does not intend to be involved in the rental marketing of properties; we will however use our rental experience and contacts to aid the developer and owners to put in place a structure of agents, etc. to optimise rentals for those owners who wish to take part.
Heros will, however, arrange all appropriate services on site to ensure that guests benefit from the on-site experience and that owners maximise their returns. The following services will be provided:
- Property preparation – cleaning, laundry etc
- On-site reception of guests
- Tourist tax administration
- Provision of concierge service
- Administration of rental books and documentation – a legal requirement
- Guest book – maintaining a welcome pack full of useful information
- Inventory check – conducted on guest check in and check out
In addition, for those owners who wish to rent their properties it is a legal requirement to obtain a Rental Licence. Heros will do this for you.
Furniture Packs
Heros has been working with the developer to find an optimum furniture supplier. This has now been achieved and furniture prices are available from the developer.
Heros has agreed to manage the installation of furniture to ensure a quality service and that the furniture is placed in the appropriate apartment and that after delivery each property is presented at its best.
We will be on site to ensure that the furniture supplier cares for both your property and your furniture.
